Don Burton - Application Engineering / Solutions Delivery - Kansas City
Graduate of Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology. Don has been with Carlton Company since 1978. Don's background includes experience as a Sales & Senior Application Engineer for Marley Cooling Towers. Don provides application engineering and solutions delivery support for our outside sales engineers, as well as key account supervision for Carlton Company.

Mike Stanley - Outside Sales Engineer – St. Louis
Mike covers Eastern Missouri, and key accounts in the St. Louis Metro area. Mike's previous experience includes over 20 years with Watlow Electric, Including lead design positions, as well as application and outside sales positions in the St. Louis Territory. Mike joined Carlton Company in March 2004.

Paul Thurman - Outside Sales Engineer - Little Rock
Graduate of the Ouachita Baptist University Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Paul joined Carlton Company in October, 1999. Paul is presently responsible for account development in Carlton Company's Arkansas territory. Paul has over 17 years of sales experience focused on industrial heating, controls, and custom applications.

Brad Racen - Outside Sales Engineer - Kansas City
Brad attended the University of Missouri at Rolla with studies in Engineering Management and Economics. Brad joined Carlton Company in 2000, following 14 years with Industrial Service Laboratories (ISL) and Metermaster. Outside sales and account development in the State of Kansas, and select Kansas City area customers are Brad's responsibility.

Joe Brenner - Outside Sales Engineer - St. Louis
Joe comes to the Carlton Company with 25 years of outside sales and marketing experience in business to business and industrial market segments. Starting his career in customer service and moving into sales, management and finally business ownership, Joe will be responsible for our North St. Louis metro, Central and Southern Illinois and Northwestern Kentucky territories.

Mark DeBaun – Outside Sales Engineer – Kansas City
Graduate of Central Missouri State University, Mark joined Carlton Company in August, 2006. With a background in business to business sales in the Kansas City metro area, Mark will be focusing on developing our Western Missouri territory and maintaining key accounts.
